Turkey’s 100% electric New Generation Utility Vehicle TRAGGER T-Car is en route at Teknofest - the greatest space, aviation and technology festival of Turkey.
Teknofest Istanbul 2019, based on the idea of Turkey’s achievement of the national technology move and turning into a society that builds its technology, is being held at Ataturk Airport from 17 to 22 September 2019. TRAGGER New Generation Utility Vehicles, a product of Turkish design and engineering, will also take their places at the event. The 100% electric TRAGGER vehicles, which are domestic and national in parallel to Turkey’s national technology move, turn the wheels as the “Event Area Transportation Sponsor” at the festival area of Teknofest Istanbul 2019.
T-Car, the new member of Transfer Series of TRAGGER product family, has now been introduced to the public for the first time with its superior specifications on design, performance, economy, user experience and environmentalism. Having received great appreciation and interest at Teknofest both from citizens and representatives of industries, T-Car is able to carry people and cargo at tourism facilities, hotels, holiday resorts, campuses, city hospitals, airports, factories, indoor areas and ports.
With versions of 2, 4 and 6 people, T-Car introduces the new generation vehicles of its segment with a functionality for various uses such as a general public transportation vehicle, a utility vehicle at parks, gardens and tourism facilities, an ambulance, a security car, a passenger transporter, a disabled car at city hospitals or a transfer car for maintenance teams at factories.
TRAGGER: platform vehicle of Teknofest Robotaxi Contest
TRAGGER serves as an “autonomy-ready” vehicle platform for Kocaeli University students in Teknofest Robotaxi Contest, which is held to accelerate the development and expansion of autonomous vehicles as they will replace driven cars in the future. The contestants are asked to integrate their own autonomous driving system and software on the TRAGGER platform, which is made available for autonomous use with special hardware such as driving, braking and steering functions for the contest. In the final of the contest, a one-person car is expected to fulfill various tasks autonomously on an actual track by means of the created autonomous driving algorithms.
